PROVIDENCE, RI (MAY 4, 2005) – ReBrand 100™ announced today that the corporate brand revitalization program for Nabi Biopharmaceuticals (NASDAQ: NABI) of Boca Raton, FL has been chosen as a merit award winner in the Rebrand 100™ awards. The Rebrand 100™ awards recognize organizations and the branding partners that have successfully enabled the brand to re-emerge with a unique perspective, a riveting promise and a fresh approach. The Nabi leadership team collaborated with Cambridge, MA- based Feinstein Kean Healthcare and Boston, MA- based web development and graphic design firm Weymouth Design.
During 2004, Nabi Biopharmaceuticals shifted its focus from a plasma company to a successful, emerging biopharmaceuticals business. The company grew its revenue significantly; made advances in the clinic and strengthened its infrastructure. The challenge was to transform the established perception of the company into the biopharmaceutical leader that it had become. To meet this challenge, a new visual identity was developed which included a new corporate logo, a content-managed website, an annual report and print collateral. As a result Nabi's image became aligned with its accomplishments, attracting a renewed interest by key constituents, including investors and the press.
